2003 Nominating Committee Report

 

The Nominating Committee report consists of a list of all offices for which the nominating committee is responsible, the current officeholders, and the slate of candidates that the committee has nominated for the 2003-2004 church year.  The rightmost column in the table below contains the names of candidates whom we recommend.

 

Key to Nominee Symbols:

*  Re-elect the same officeholder for another term

@ Replace a previous officeholder for the remainder of his or her term

-   No action required this year

 

Executive Board (terms and limits vary)

 

The bylaws provide that all Executive Board members have two-year terms, but that the maximum number of consecutive terms allowed in a particular office varies by office.  These term limits are listed below.  In addition, there is an overall limit of 10 consecutive years of service in any capacity on the Executive Board (except that Treasurer may serve for 12 years.)
