2001/2002 Property Committee Annual Report

Last summer (2001) our major maintenance projects were:

Installation of air conditioning in the offices.

New lighting in the hall of White Wing

Annual exterior painting.

Purchase of new Youth Room furniture.

Purchase of a new Riso machine for the office.

This summer, (2002) our plans for major maintenance are:

Routine exterior painting.

Replacing the siding of the gable over entry portico and painting it.

We will assume the expense of the contract for the elevator maintenance.
